Former owner of the The Cerulean Teahouse. Along with Fang Hong-Rui, was a revolutionary that opposed Governor Heh. Was burned to death at the Canary Inn. The Party witnessed this during the Haunt.
Left a complicated will to hand over ownership of the teahouse to whomever can find two pearls in the Eyes of Fumeiyoshi. This was done in order to not have the property default to the governor.
