Tan Sugi Monastery

Founded in 7020 by Zhi Hui around an ancient mystic sugi tree. Willowshore was created to support the monastery’s construction and later its monks.

The monastery was abandoned by 7060. In 7062, woodcutters who tried to harvest its ancient trees returned as undead, causing the Night of Broken Blades. The ruins are now widely regarded as cursed, haunted, or worse.
